8/16/13

I've discovered {well, to be fair, my daughter discovered}
a great site for us camera buffs.
An online site where you can rent every sort of camera equipment imaginable!
My daughter has rented from them to try equipment before she buys
and has rented equipment for photo shoots.
They're great!
I took my camera to them this week to have the sensor cleaned - Yay!
Their decor consisted of old/antique cameras and equipment
displayed under pastry glass! Very fun!

The reflections here are a bit more subtle than I normally come up with....
but I love the variety and the number of different reflections in the first one
{if you look really closely you can see my fingers and iPhone}
and
I really liked the softness of the window light reflected in the second!

Happy Friday Reflection Peeps!

  4. Very cool! I would love to play around with the bottom camera. :-)

    A few years ago when I lived in Pennsylvania I rented some lenses from BorrowLenses. At the time their only distribution center was in California but it really was an easy process.

  6. I had to take a second look at the 2nd photo - it is so faint that I didn't notice that it was under a glass cover too.

  7. Nothing tickles the hearts of photographers more than antique cameras. Never thought to display them this way.
